LED video screens have become an integral part of modern Ice Arenas. High-quality bright image, dynamic images, versatility of use make any arena more attractive for thousands of spectators. Even with small viewing angles and high levels of ambient light, you can create a video system that can provide a bright and rich image.
LED displays in all characteristics (brightness, service life, power consumption) are significantly superior to existing analogues that operate on the basis of other light-emitting elements (lamps, CRT, plasma panels). LED displays are capable of high-quality work in a wide range of temperatures and almost around the clock.

All screens offered are ISO9001:2000 quality management system certified. Modern LED screens are built using modular technology, i.e. assembled from separate identical modules. The LED video screen can be of any size, a multiple of the size of one module. The LED module is a functionally completed assembly unit, inside which all control electronics are mounted. On the front side of the module, LED matrices are installed, which form the informational canvas of the assembled video screen.

System for connecting plastic modules.

Special latches on the plastic modules of the body-insulating coating ensure quick assembly and dismantling of the system, while it is highly durable and reusable. Unlike other modular systems, the proposed cover is fixed on all four sides of each module. All modules are interconnected firmly and tightly. The size of each module is 609.6 and 304.8 x 31.7 mm. For ease of transportation and faster assembly, the modules are assembled into sheets, the size of which is 915 x 1220 mm. Modules can be connected in all directions, at an angle of 90 degrees. The smooth top surface of the module prevents ice contamination from debris and liquid.

The hockey board "Ultra Flex" has a handrail protrusion on straight sections of 45 mm. On radial sections, the protrusion of the handrail is reduced to 30 mm. At the same time, the strength of the protective glazing on the radius sections does not decrease. For additional injury safety, the protrusion of the handrail of the hockey board is closed with a special plastic overlay with a large radius of curvature. This pad has been approved by the KHL. The entire upper part of the hockey board, including the system of postless glass fastening, is made of a combination of five aluminum profiles. These aluminum profiles are securely integrated into the steel frame of the hockey board.

On this hockey board, it was possible not only to significantly reduce the protrusion of the handrail, but also to maintain the geometric dimensions of the protective glazing sheets on the radius sections acceptable for television shooting. The width of each web is at least 1100 mm.

The bearing frame of the board is made of a single steel frame, to ensure high shock-absorbing properties of the structure. The anti-corrosion coating is applied by hot-dip galvanizing. The base of the steel frame is double with the ability to adjust the position of the section on a concrete base. All fastening elements are located inside the frame of the hockey board.

Designed for training, as well as ice hockey competitions. Protective glasses are fastened with the help of racks. The cladding uses only imported high molecular weight polyethylene. This material has high impact resistance, even at low temperatures, high durability and wear resistance.
The design of the board provides its maximum flexibility, and as a result, safety. This type of board can be produced in two versions: with a single and with a double lower base. A frame with a double bottom base does not need to be frozen into ice, since the two pipes at the base of the bead do not allow ice pressure to deform the structure. The double bottom bead has no protruding slopes and provides maximum free space behind the hockey court fence.

The anti-corrosion coating is applied by hot-dip galvanizing. The fastening of the board to the base is adjustable. The board can be installed on a special step for dismantling the board without thawing ice.

On the hockey board, inconspicuous racks made of anodized aluminum with a height of no more than 500 mm are used with glass fastening using a transparent polycarbonate profile. At the same time, the profile closes all the gaps between the panes along the entire height of the pane. The system of inconspicuous racks significantly increased visibility for spectators. Moreover, glass replacement can be done from the outside of the hockey court without going out onto the ice. From the side of the playing field on the racks there are no screws or fasteners.
