HORNIUM BOARD SAFETY INNOVATION:

• - flexible, shock-absorbing steel frame with a truncated middle part (it is possible to manufacture the frame from aluminum);
• - the use of a unique aluminum "pocket" for fastening the railing sheets provides a secure fixation;
• - side height 1100 mm from the concrete level of the cooling slab (performing with a height of 1250 mm is possible);
• - shelf (the size of the handrail from the railing on the inside) is only 32-45 mm with a radius of curvature of 22 mm - soft lining is not required;
• - on the goal lines (on the radii) the width of the fence sheets allows mobile cameramen to work freely;
• - instead of soft rollers at the end ends of the fencing system, elastic polycarbonate safety roundings are used.

INTEGRATION OF THE STAND INTO THE HOCKEY BOARD GIVES THE POSSIBILITY:

• - quickly and easily install and remove the rack of the fencing-glazing system without the use of bolts and any tool;
• - place the glazing as close as possible to the inner edge of the board or handrail, which makes the shelf of this board model as small as possible, and therefore safe;
• - refuse to use a soft safety handrail - it is not necessary;
• - make lining of the reverse side of the hockey board with even white polyethylene without protrusions or holes on any racks;
• - increase the elasticity of the glazing system and its injury safety.

The design has been tested by time and years of operation on numerous training and playing arenas in Kazakhstan, Finland, Sweden, America and other hockey countries.

The use of this type of fastening is interesting and absolutely justified in training arenas with a large freezing area (icing) overboard or in arenas with different levels of the ice field and the place of fastening the board.
From the side of the playing field, the Stadium board is absolutely identical to the Forum type board. Increasing safety requirements for players push this model into the background, putting Optium-type boards in the first place.

POLYCARBONATE

Lightweight, shock-absorbing material. Image quality is inferior to acrylic. RAITA uses polycarbonate in training arenas where the optical performance of the spectator protection material is not as important.

Freestanding mount

Free-standing fastening at freezing of a board. Used in arenas with a sand and gravel base instead of concrete, or on concrete slabs where the anchor cannot be drilled.
