The company "ENG SPORT TECHNOLOGIES" carries out the design and supply of refrigeration equipment of Finnish and Russian assembly for ice fields. Our refrigeration machines are designed specifically for ice systems, and represent a complete energy-efficient set of equipment, which, in addition to the refrigeration unit itself, also includes pumps, coolant control systems, pressure maintenance and pumping systems, safety devices, heat recovery (recycling) systems, dry coolers and much more. All systems are united by a common control system designed specifically for use in ice arenas.
THE DIFFERENT FEATURES OF OUR REFRIGERATION MACHINES ARE:
• full factory readiness, during installation it is only necessary to bring the cable and connect the coolant pipelines;
• compact arrangement on a single open frame or in a container;
• installations are fully tested in the factory;
• control is carried out by an electronic controller with the ability to set the required temperature of the coolant and control the main parameters of work;
• ease of operation: the units are fully automated and do not require maintenance by specially trained personnel;
• the ability to connect a monitoring system and remote control.
• To ensure reliability, all piping in the refrigeration unit is made of stainless steel or polyethylene.
To make it easier for our customers to choose the most suitable refrigeration equipment for them, reduce production time and reduce the final price, we, together with Suomen Tekkoya Oy, have developed a line of refrigeration machines with a cooling capacity from 180 kW to 2500 kW, built on Bitzer semi-hermetic screw compressors in three different versions: NORDIC (Nordic), Locomotive, Box - various container versions for outdoor placement and FRAME - frame version, for placement in the engine room.
Nordic - Контейнерное исполнение для ледовых арен (модульное машинное отделение) – весь хладоцентр монтируется на отдельной площадке, в утеплённом модульном контейнере, оборудованном освещени¬ем, отоплением и вентиляцией. NORDIC CONTAINER – идеальное решение в холодной и умеренной климатических зонах для крытых ледовых арен и открытых площадок. Выпускается в модификациях от 200 до 2700 кВт.
Контейнерные установки с рекуперацией тепла, вентиляцией и осушкой воздуха - В контейнерном исполнении холодильная установка может быть объединена с установкой для вентиляции и осушки воздуха в зале катка, чтобы использовать вторичное тепло и холод.
Frame - Рамное исполнение для монтажа в машинном отделении - Холодильная установка, гидромодуль и автоматика собираются и тестируются в заводских условиях на единой раме. Рамное исполнение позволяет оснащать установки различными системами рекуперации тепла и выполнять единую холодильную систему для холодоснабжения нескольких ледовых полей. Основная система для больших ледовых арен и дворцов спорта. Выпускается в модификациях от 300 до 2700 кВт
Lokomotive - Мобильные и передвижные установки - Особая конструкция холодильных установок, которые предназначены для быстрого монтажа, демонтажа и перемещения на другое место. Основная система ледовых шоуколлективов. Выпускается в различных модификациях от 150 до 500 кВт.
Системы устойчиво функционируют при наружной температуре в диапазоне от – 40 до + 40 градусов С.
Также возможно производство машин под любой конкретный проект с любым количеством полей по заданным техническим условиям.
